In this article, we take a closer look at the Lee’s Tackle Rod & Reel Hangers for the Tiagra 80W & 130. They are two separate products. Being that, both reels have a very similar reel harness lug spacing, we chose to group them together.

The Lee’s Rod & Reel Hanger for the Tiagra 80W has a harness lug spacing of approx 109.4 mm. Compared to the Lee’s Rod & Reel Hanger for the Tiagra 130, it has a harness lug spacing of approx 111.5 mm. That’s a difference of just over 2 mm. Hence if you have an overhead fishing reel with a similar harness lug spacing it will also work. The key point is the harness lug spacing can afford to be slightly smaller. As a result, the spring-loaded pins will easily adapt.

Both the Lee’s Rod & Reel Hanger for the Tiagra 80W & 130 share the same rod tip holder with all other Lee’s Road & Reel Hangers. The plastic insert rotates through 360 degrees making it very easy to secure and remove the rod tip.

Let’s take a closer look at the Lee’s Rod & Reel Hanger for the Tiagra 80W. The reel holder is 111.5 mm wide across its body. The countersunk mounting hole spacing is 123.7 mm. The overall width is 136.7 mm.

The Lee’s Rod & Reel Hanger for the Tiagra 130 has a 109.4 mm fishing reel lug spacing. The mounting hole distance is 121.5 mm. The overall width is 134.5 mm
